Overseer F. Todd McClelland is the Lead Pastor of the City of Praise Church, CEO of New Millennium Faith Ministries, as well as CEO of Praise Nation Live, Millennium Sound Records. Over the course of his music career, he has 9 recordings and music being played on nearly 500 radio stations. For years, he has been originally recognized for being a Music/Concert Promoter and Producer. Overseer McClelland’s influence and leadership extend beyond the four walls of his congregation and has been recognized and awarded.

The title “Overseer” derives from his position in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, as one who oversees. He is the Overseer of The Elijah District of the State of Illinois, with currently 9 churches under his care. Now newly appointed State Conference Coordinator.   

With many success stories as well as trying times during ministry, Overseer McClelland is highly motivated in “making people better”.  He is truly a leader, who leads by example, a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather.

With his wife Lady Tonyua, children, Darion, Devin (Jaelyn), Travion, Tantannia (Steve) and grandchildren, Kapri, Kai, Denvyr, and Kailynn. Overseer stays motivated to make things happen not only for the ministry, but for his family!
